Returns & Refunds policy

At Hedrick Hat Co., each item is custom-made with care and designed to reflect your unique style. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

Custom Orders

All custom hats, BrimPets™, hat chains, and personalized items are final sale.

Once an order is placed and/or approved, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

Please double-check all selections, spelling, and design choices before submitting your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, email us at hedrickventures@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

Because each item is handmade and customized, the following are not considered defects:

  • Slight variations in patch placement, color, or spacing

  • Minor differences from inspiration photos or mockups

  • Personal preference (e.g., “I don’t like how it turned out”)

Each hat is one-of-a-kind, and small variations are part of the design process.

Shipping Issues

Once your order has been shipped, Hedrick Hat Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the carrier

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.

Event & Booking Purchases

Deposits for booked events are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you when given sufficient notice.
